If any use or anticipated use of CQG’s APIs change from the information set forth above, I agree to notify CQG of the same within three (3) business days.

³ CME Group data definitions:

  • Automated Trading Systems (ATS) – systems that use CME Group information to trade via automated systems, either for purposes of routing orders to CME Group or to other exchanges.
  • Trade Internalization – the use of market data in systems that match trades within an organization, as opposed to routing to the exchange.
  • Internal Non-Display – use of data for risk management, research and analysis, fund administration, portfolio management, execution and order management systems.
  • Derived Works – creation of indices, ETFs or other products, using CME Group information to create a new, unique product, where the underlying information is not easily re-engineered.
  • Display use only – The raw data will be visible in the application and none of the above non-display uses apply.
